2.1. When saying “Automated Processing of Personal Data” we mean PD processing using computer technology;
2.2. By “Blocking Personal Data” we see temporary termination of the PD processing (except cases where processing is necessary to clarify PD);
2.3. Under “Website” we understand a set of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at the network address: https://cansay.io;
2.4. “Personal Data Information System” -- a set of PD contained in databases, as well as information technologies and technical means, which provide its processing;
2.5. “Personal Data Depersonalization” are actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine the belonging of the data to a specific User or other subject without the use of additional information.

7.1. Before starting the PD cross-border transfer, Operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state, to whose territory the data is supposed to be transferred, provides reliable protection of PD.
7.2. PD cross-border transferring that does not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if there is a written consent of the PD subject for the cross-border transfer of their personal data and / or execution of an Agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party.
